The Way Home is a simple story told simply and realistacally.

The line is "What if a born and brought up kid in city comes to live in a village" ...

The film tells the story of how a kid is being brought to live in his grand mothers home and his interactions with his grandmother.

His grandmother is very old and cannot talk and hence there is not much of dialogues in the film. But the film conveys the message.
